The best way to reach us is by email at hello@lingrada.app. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

To help us look into an issue quickly, please include the email address on your account and, where relevant, the languages you were using and roughly when the problem happened.

Your subscription

You can review your plan, update your payment details, or cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. A cancellation remains in effect until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account, and the personal data associated with it, yourself: open the account menu, choose "Manage account", and use the "Delete account" option.

If you have a paid subscription, we recommend cancelling it from the billing portal before you delete your account.
