Notes (not part of the text): (1) As a sole proprietorship not registered as "e. K.", there is no commercial-register entry. (2) The tax number is intentionally not published — only the VAT ID is required. (3) A phone number is not mandatory; the email address satisfies the duty of direct communication (cf. CJEU C-298/07).
